The Torrance Project at 1000 W. 190th St. focused on repairing and refreshing the building’s exterior surfaces. Our team meticulously scraped off loose paint, patched and repaired damaged areas, and applied primer or spot primer as needed before repainting to match the existing finish. Each repair area was carefully documented with numerous to ensure precision. High-reach equipment was used to access elevated sections, with some areas requiring extensive scraping to properly prep the surface for painting.
