Parkview Center
Project Type: Exterior Painting & Masonry Enhancement
Overview:
This project at Parkview Center focused on enhancing the exterior aesthetics of the property, including its signature clock tower. We block-filled the existing unpainted masonry border and painted it to match the revised design. Additional updates included painting signage bands, hollow metal doors and frames, the exterior of the trash enclosure, and an existing block wall with efflorescence. The scope also extended to masonry columns, ceiling lids, storefront mullions at the anchor store, and the clock tower openings and roof underside. Overhead equipment was utilized to ensure precision and safety for elevated areas.
